"Been here lots and the service has been declining steady. Today got skipped three times. Last person the sign said 29 min, but because the had chosen a stylist they went first. I get your busy but I checked in on like and was next and still waited 30 min and was skipped. So I guess your too busy for my business. Too bad as I have been a loyal customer for years, but I cant ignore being ignored and the service decline. So why did I bother checking in on line if people who walked in behind me went first?"

"I took my son to this location on a sunday morning. The girl who greeted us was pleasant and turned us over to Alissa who was patient and understanding to my 10 year old with sensory processing disorder. I explained his angst when we first arrived and how he had this special needs situation. Alissa did awesome. Calm, patient and reassuring to Jack. As the haircut went on he began to get itchy and didn't like the cape. Alissa said no problem you can take that off. So he did. Out of the blue someone else started to "bark" orders to her and criticisms that the state would give her fine if they came in and saw that. He looked at me and asked what he did wrong. I said nothing it is fine. So on with the hair cut we went My kiddo was reaching his max and I knew we had little time to get the hair cut done. he came and gave me a hug a couple of times and then again OUT OF the BLUE Melissa Dees BARKED at me and pointed to my son (while she had a customer in her chair) If your SON would sit still she would be able to do a better job and get this done. My son JUMPED out of the chair immediately crying and asking why this woman was YELLING AT HIM. I said we are going NOW. Alissa I could see was so embarrassed and she immediately took us up front to pay. I said to MELISSA God Forbid you ever have a child with special needs. She (without looking at me told the other girl to comp the haircut) BTw the hair cut was not finished and he is totally looking weird and uncut, unfinished I gave Alissa a tip for her efforts. She as amazing. Melissa could have come over to me quietly and asked or found out what was happening. Her voice was SO LOUD the entire shop heard her and saw my sons hurt and devastation as a result of her crase bullying and judgment. She had no idea that for this boy to come to a NEW shop with a NEW person was HUGE for him to WANT TO DO. He wanted to see the game screens. She stole a piece of his trust and I will not accept that. She is the manager there and DOESN'T warrant it given her lack of compassion and leadership."

"Doesn't take call in checkin, except you to use the website, the they drop you off the board if you arent in there in 30 minutes. So much for traffic or road conditions. I spent time and gas to go there and have been for years, and after being told in person that checking in stays in for a long time, this is what I get."

"I went to Sports Clip to get my grandsons hair cut and it was a last minute decision and so I did have to wait for a bit but it was well worth the wait. It was done by their employee Danette. She was professional and it was obvious that she was skilled at her trade. My grandson has in the past felt uncomfortable in a saloon setting (due to his young age, I am sure) but he felt very comfortable and is proud of his hair cut. She did a great job both cutting and blending in his sides and back. Thank you Danette and all the staff at Sports Clips on Sunnyside."

"I usually take my 7 year old son here. Usually we go to Alyssa she is so amazing! Unfortunately she was not there when I took him in on Monday. There was a newer person there names Danette. I was watching while she was cutting my sons hair, I found it odd that she put product in his hair before she started to cut it. I did not say anything because I thought she new what she was doing. Needless to say she DID NOT. I asked her how she likes cutting hair and her response was "well its a job, it gets very repetitive." When she was done my sons hair looked ok not the best but it was just ok. When we got home and washed off all the product that was in his hair we noticed it was soo messed up. It looked so choppy, some hair was longer then others and you can you tell that she did not fade it right you could see the line. My son looked in the mirror and broke down in tears saying he looks ugly and dumb now. It was so heart breaking to watch knowing the next day was his 1st day of school. I have never seen such an awful haircut before! I want a refund! Unfortunately it cannot be fixed just yet, we have to grow it out a little bit. I am able to make due with it by putting a lot of product in his hair so his hair doesn't stick straight up in the back! I am very unhappy! Will probably never go back! I expect a call from you guys with a refund waiting for me!"
